| Twenty three International (Duke of Edinburgh) Award students from the Kamuzu Academy, three teachers, two armed scouts, and two guides headed to the Lifupa Lodge in Kasungu National Park. Reports that elephants were within several hundred metres of the camp proved impossible to verify, but the group was fortunate enough to see (in addition to the numerous birds listed above) several hippos returning to the Lake after nocturnal wanderings. | |
